Exhibition quality scratchbuilt mill engine and pump. This superb model was built by the engineer who used to maintain the full size engine in a Lancashire Mill and he assures me that it is a replica copy.(the mill has since been demolished) Turning the handle on the front activates the engine, governer and pump-NOTE the marquetry work on the floor-done to perfection. The oak case measures 19"long, 9"wide and with the perspex cover, 8"high. The diameter of the flywheel is 5". Price: £1,450 - part exchange welcome. |
